Automatic Exercise Notebook Line (Stitching + Folding + Squaring) Machine is designed especially for Paper Converters, to produce Exercise Notebooks, Registers, Drawing Books, Diaries, Notepads, Books, School Copies , and many more writing base products elements which are made with Center or Side Pinning (Staples).

Round Wire Stitching Section

The Stitching Section having a Heavy Duty Single Head (Chetan Brand) which are expertise in Stitching. The High Speed Stitching Head can stitch number of pins in just second. The Standard Round Wire Roll converts into Stitching Staples joining Papers. The Stitching Wire Length and Clinching Pressure can be adjusted as per requirement.

Notebook Folding Section

The Notebook folding Section is designed with heavy duty worm gear Drive Rollers mechanism with Friction Belts rotating continuously. A sharp Edge Blade works with Pneumatic Cylinder Push the Notebook from center pining line to the upward in between the rotating rollers in belt drive the Notebook gets the sharp Center Fold and conveyed to the Squaring Section.

Edge Squaring Section

The Notebook Edge Squaring Section is designed with heavy duty worm gear Drive Rollers mechanism with Friction Belts rotating continuously. The whole compression process to forming edge Spine of the Notebook is functioned with Pneumatic controls. The Pressure on the Edge is adjustable as per requirement. The imported Roller Bearing Gives the Square Back Finish to the Notebook.

Servo Drive Control

The Main Conveyor of Machine in Stitching Section is based on Servo Motor Drive which conveys the Notebook on the Stainless Steel bed with Finger Push. Its stops for a while and moves at each and every pin for 0.1 sec. in that time the High Speed Stitching Head Staples the Notebook.

PLC Control

The Programmable Logic Control Device is functioned for the control of complete machine work with multiple programs and touch screen inputs can put the values of Pinning gap Distances in mm units.

Safety Features

High Quality Paper Sensors are used in this machine with Servo Stabilizer as a safety feature and long life of the Machine. Emergency Stops are provided at each working Section to aborts the Cycle.

Touch Screen Operation

AUTO MODE – MANUAL MODE – DIAGNOSE MODE – SETTING MODE

Auto Mode: – This is the main mode of cycle working there we can program our Stitching Gap and Number of Stitches in required on the book. The program can be saved and re-used next time with same size notebook. There conveyor and stitching cycle speed can be set us as operator efficiency to feed the gathered Notebooks. The cycle Start and Stop Button is provided. The Servo Status Indication is Visible on screen. In case of Servo Faulty there is Reset Button. There is Production Counting option is also available and next to there is counting reset button.

Manual Mode: In this mode the Stitching Section can be operated manually for setup of Stitching and also stitch One by One. There is also Folding Section operated manually for testing purposes. The Forward and Backward Buttons works are for conveyor forward and backward moving purpose to check out the notebook isn’t tight or excess loose in between the two guide angles.

Diagnose Mode: This mode is Complete Machine Diagnose on Screen which Functions are working on which input or Output.

Setting Mode: This mode is secured with password the default settings of the machine are placed in this model to reset and re function machine Settings default by the Technical Engineers.

Compressor

The Compressor is required with the machine for the functioning of the pneumatic Air cylinders .The Compressor provides the compressed air at the pressure of 6 to 8 Bar Pressure which is sufficient for operating the components. The compressor manual is provided with the machine read and maintain the compressor machine.
